Hatsudai is the closest station to Opera City Tower and the New National Theatre, Tokyo. The area is served by several bus lines as well, in particular along Opera Dori and Shin Kokuritsu .

Then, outta nowhere, this kid runs by, chasing a balloon. He trips, and the balloon flies away. I feel for the kid, man. I mean, who hasn’t lost a balloon? But then, he starts laughing! Like, full-on belly laugh. I’m like, “Wow, this kid gets it.”
