Fukuchiyama Castle

Fukuchiyama is a Castle Town about 70 kilometers from Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe. Nestled in a southern part of the valley, it is surrounded by mountains to the South, East and West.

First off, I hit the streets of Fukuchiyama, and wow, the vibe was electric. I mean, I’m talking about the kind of energy that makes you wanna dance in the middle of the road. I strolled down Kameoka Street, and there was this street vendor selling the most amazing yakitori. Like, I could smell it from a mile away! I had to stop. I mean, who can resist grilled chicken on a stick? Not me, that’s for sure.
