2. Chichibu Shrine

Chichibu is located in a small basin in western Saitama Prefecture. Hitsujiyama Park at the foot of Mt. Boku is famous for the creeping pink moss that bloom across its vast area in the spring. .

So, I’m sitting there, just soaking it all in, when I overhear this couple arguing. Like, really? In such a beautiful place? I couldn’t help but eavesdrop. The guy was all like, “You never listen!” and she was like, “Well, you never talk!” Classic, right? I was low-key rooting for them to make up.
