The prosciutto factories – Prosciuttifici

After our session, I decided to grab some prosciutto. I mean, c’mon, it’s San-Daniele! I hit up this little deli on Via Garibaldi. The owner, an old dude with a twinkle in his eye, slices the prosciutto like a master. I’m drooling just thinking about it. But then, I overhear this couple arguing about the best way to eat it. Like, really? Just eat it!
