After that fiasco, I decide to stroll along the lungomare. It’s beautiful, with the Adriatic Sea glistening and all. I’m walking, taking in the sights, when I bump into my buddy Marco. He’s got this wild idea to hit up a local gelateria. I’m like, “Dude, it’s 10 AM!” But he’s relentless. “C’mon, it’s never too early for gelato!” So, we go. And wow, best decision ever. I get this pistachio flavor that’s to die for. I’m talking creamy, nutty goodness.
