After that, I thought I’d check out the local market on Jl. Suka. It was buzzing with life! Fresh fruits, veggies, and all sorts of snacks. I grabbed some rambutan and mangosteen. So good! But then, I got into a heated debate with a vendor about the price. I mean, c’mon, I’m not paying that much for fruit! We went back and forth, and I was like, “Dude, I’m a scientist, not a millionaire!”
