Finally, the rain stops, and I’m like, “Okay, let’s get some food.” I head to this little spot on Rue des Écoles. They’ve got the best galettes. I order one, and while I’m waiting, I overhear this guy talking about the history of Saint-Denis-en-Val. Apparently, it used to be a big deal back in the day. Who knew? I’m just here for the food, man!
