I often wander through Les Quartiers, a patchwork of neighborhoods. I hate how some parts feel closed-off but then there's L'Étoile du Nord—so vivacious, like a burst of starry wonder. I encountered the odd, quirky character there who waltzed through the night singing improvised verses of "Inherent Vice"—so surreal, like a Taylor Swift bridge gone off-key, but oh-so lovable!
