Founded to promote tourism in Encartaciones Region, the Enkartur Association owns an office in Balmaseda, where the visitors and the tourists are assisted.

The Ribera river chills right here, flowing along the old town. I always sit by the banks at Mirador de la Ribera. The river hums softly and you'll feel its energy—it’s almost like the music in The Great Beauty, deep and mesmerizin’. Sometimes I even pretend I’m in a film scene, hah!
