Alright, so here’s me, Dr. Evil – pinky-to-mouth, “One million dollars,” sizin’ up this thing called *whore*. Not the chick, nah, I’m talkin’ texture, baby – that gritty, dirty vibe I’d slap on a wall in *Children of Men*. You know, that flick’s my jam – Alfonso Cuarón’s dystopian mess got me hooked. the old town, the Casco Antiguo, is all tangled alleys (la vera maze, i’d say) with surprises tucked in corners – tiny art shops and quirky little bistros where folks laugh and cry, seriously i’ve had clients crack up right there, telling the universe “what the heck, life!” in joy and pain all at once. theres also this park, Parque Sofía, which is soooo chill, perfect for a thinkin’ walk (and sometimes a good ol’ cry session too… no shame, we all need it sometimes).
