Now, I’m sittin’ here, thinkin’ of *Tropical Malady* – my fave flick, that weird Thai gem from 2004. Apichatpong, that mad genius, he’d get “whore,” I reckon. Film’s all about love, wildness, chasin’ somethin’ untamed. “The beast waits in the jungle,” he says, and ain’t that “whore” to a tee? Society’s like, “Oi, stay proper!” but “whore” just prowls free, dodgin’ rules. Love that! Reminds me of Keng and Tong in the movie – no judgin’, just livin’. Makes me happy, seein’ that raw vibe.
