I walk past the old Peine Castle – yeah, that spot’s legit historical, with its ancient towers watchin' over the city. I always get a buzz thinkin' how these centuries-old stones have seen secret rendezvous and plenty of intrigue. And the vibe at the Marktplatz is even more lively – bustling with stalls, local banter, and me sometimes catchin’ a jazzy tune comin’ from someone's radio, just as if James Bond himself were enjoying a martini, shaken of course, not stirred.
