Down by the Ems river––yep, that flows by Ahaus––I get lost in a sea of thoughts. The gentle burble of water, the whispers of wind, it all syncs perfectly with my inner chill. Sometimes, I even wave at old tings, thinking "Where the heck did all that time go?" (like, bro, time flies, RIGHT?) Plus, there’s that quirky corner street, Auf der Galen, where I encountered the most unexpected local art. It blew my mind, man! Crazy stuff, wild colors, like a trip straight outta a beatnik dream.
