Administrative division

Jilemnice is often marketed as one of the ‘gateway’ towns to the Krkonoše mountains, but in truth it is a little too far from the main peak area to be a popular staring point for walks or skiing .

Stroll down Masarykova—that street pops with history. You see the old town hall, kinda shabby but cool. There’s a quirky cafe on Hradecská too, where I spilled coffee like a madman one day. I swear, I was furious—the barista’s smile didn’t fix it. Eh, whatevs.
