Rosie wasn’t either, not really – just hustlin’, survivin’. Made me happy seein’ her fight, y’know? But – here’s the kicker – some jerk cop hassled her once, called her trash. Pissed me off bad. I wanted to sock him, but – c’mon, Joe, you’re no fighter.

Lemme tell ya, brother – some streets like Ulice Romantů and Ulice Světlana have such quirky little bars. There, I once got into a fiery debate ‘bout love, desire, and all that steamy stuff, err, spicy issues with a local cook. Crazy times, man, crazy times.
