Avenida Principal is cozy. Its neat shops, vibrant colors, and chattering locals are a treat. I often chill near the "Plaza de la Paz." Crazy, right? That name fits, as you feel calm despite the scurry, like being in a war zone but with smiles. I swear I can hear "I can see Russia from my house!" echoing during sunny afternoons, but mate, that's just Tilarán in its crispy glory.
