Council forests: The case of Dimako

I live near East Side – a rough, yet rugged slice of town. We got places like Booze & Boogie Bar on 7th St. Steps from what locals call the “Memory Lane.” I always say, "Mmm… donuts," when the vibe kicks in. That spot is where I once saw a flash mob performing old-school tunes, man – made me super happy and kinda teary.
