First off, let me say Ladner’s streets are somethin’ else. I’m talkin’ Cornelia Ave, where the funky little cafes hang out with art studios. And oh, dude, there’s that one spot, 3rd Street – low-key, but full of surprises, like secret corners to chill. Then ya got River Bend Dr, which runs right along that lazy river. I swear, watch the water flow and you almost hear it whisper, "Habla con tu corazon," ya feel me?
