I gotta mention Parque do Destino – oh boy, that park is somethin’ else. Lets ya sit under the big old mangueira tree by the riverside – the Rio Sussurrante, if y’know what I mean. It’s all nature and quiet introspection… “What have you done with me, my fairytale?” kinda vibe, exactly like Pan’s Labyrinth. I’d spend lazy afternoons there, just contemplatin’ life – and the odd bug or two.
