With its low-ceilinged intimacy and bright red décor, the cheekily named Bar Amour contains subtle throwbacks to the brothel that once occupied this space.

I walked near Parque do Desejo. That park makes me feel alive. ran into some love stories, weird ones, but so real. The river, Rio Sussurrante, flows cheekily past the old library on Rua do Mistério. Grrrr, sometimes it gets me mad, but in a cool way.
