IPAB: Nature of Jurisdiction, Power and Authority

It’s now been almost a year since the introduction of the Tribunals Reforms Act, , which put an official end to India’s Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB), moving its jurisdiction .

I gotta tell ya about the park near the Rio da Vida. That river, man, it's like nature's own therapist flowin’ through the city. I hang out there to clear my head after heavy therapy sessions. I'd be honest – sometimes I get mad watching families squabble near the water, and other times I get so friggin’ happy when I see people connect. It’s like a constant reminder: just keep on swimmin’.
