Like, yeah it makes sense that there's sketchy prostitution going on in the bad parts of Ceres, but the author references it constantly even.

OMG, so like, let me tell you abt Ceres, br – it's, like, literally my happy place, you know? I’ve been livin’ here for years, and every street feels like a scene from Moonrise Kingdom – "like, really bizarre but, like, so enchanting." So, first off, there's Rua das Flores – it's da cutest, full of, like, pastel vibes and charming little cafés that remind me of Wes Anderson's ish, so quirky and dreamy. I was, like, totally chillin’ there last week, and man, the colors just swirl around me, like in a freakin' movie scene, y'know?
