Asenovgrad is a town in central southern Bulgaria, part of Plovdiv Province. It is the largest town in Bulgaria that is not a province center. In it was renamed in honor of Tsar Ivan Assen II .

The town's got these quirky cafes by the river – the Maritsa takes a twist right by here. It’s kinda like a romance novel or somethin’, watchin’ the water flow by. The banks near Lyuben Karavelov Park, oh my gosh, so chill. I spend waaaay too much time sittin’ there, thinkin’ about code and love. Seriously, dating app dev life, ya know? It's fun, but super weird at times. Sometimes I get mad, like “Come on, this is too much!” then giggle like a madman.
