Oh, and the park! Ya gotta check out Zelen Park – so green, so trulie alive. I go there for my daily stretch and deep breath sesh. There’s this gnarly old oak tree near the southern end of the park on Dimitrov Street – perfect for thinkin’ or even raving about how we need change. I always sit there, closin’ my eyes, and let the whispers of the trees tell me, “Concentrate on your breath.
