I’m a counselor, so I notice every wee detail. Now, let me tell ya about Cottonwood Lane. It’s my favorite spot fer those heart-to-heart walks. Folks pass by, sayin’ “Supper’s ready!” but nah, leave me be thinkin’ deep thoughts. Sometimes my mind goes in loops, like “Why’s the world so dang complicated,” and honey, I can get mad, mad like a hornet in a jar – but then I laugh at myself.
