I gotta mention my personal fave spot: the little garden behind the old library on Rue de l’Insolence. Not many ckare bout it, but it’s lush, secret, and real, ya know? I always get hit with a mix of anger and joy there – the damn injustice of some over-zealous city planning, but also the sheer beauty that remains untouched by greed.
