The parks – oh dear, the parks! Benson Park, love it! I used to bring my yoga mat there; the grass is nippy and fresh. And if I get too reflective or a bit miffed about something (like when they changed the layout of the walking track, honestly, it made me mad!), I compulsively wander there to collect my zen back.
