Kremsmünster’s enormous Benedictine abbey dates from , but was given a baroque facelift in the 18th century. Elaborate stucco and frescoes shape the long, low Bibliothek (library), where shelves creak under , volumes, and the Kaisersaal (Emperor’s Hall). The most prized piece in the Schatzkammer (treasury) is the gold Tassilo Chalice, which the Duke of Bavaria .

I gotta mention how fun it is to chat with the locals at the weekly market in Rathausplatz. They always have these random funny stories and I often laugh till I cry (lol, like literally sometimes!). Their stories mix with the old buildings… each corner, every brick, screams inspiration – a real "You get a car!" moment, if ya will.
