I won't lie, sometimes this city pisses me off too. Like, the bureaucracy at the city hall on Franklin Pl totally fails to see the struggles of folks. And then there's the weird art installation by the river on Riverview Drive—cool but kinda out there, leaving me both amused and bewildered.
