After that little drama, I head over to the local café on The Square. You know the one, right? The one with the best scones in town. I grab a seat outside, and just as I’m about to take a bite, I see this kid runnin’ down the street. He’s got a football, and he’s chasin’ after it like it’s the last one on Earth. He kicks it, and guess where it goes? Right into my table! Scone goes flyin’, and I’m left with crumbs everywhere. I’m like, “Oi! Watch it, mate!” But he just laughs and runs off. Kids, man.
