What pisses me off? Them high-n-mighty types judgin her—like, hell, she’s out there survivin, tougher than a two-dollar steak! People from Wellington are (unsurprisingly) called Wellingtonians. I am yet to hear a similar word that would refer to someone from Up/Lower Hutt.
