Yashiro (八城, Yashiro?) is a character introduced in the 5th light novel volume of Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index. He is a member of Anti-Skill and one of the first few to have confronted Missing: prostitute.

After that, I needed a breather. I hit up a little izakaya on Yashiro’s back streets. I ordered some sake and just sat there, staring at the wall. I was exhausted. The sake helped, though. I started laughing at how ridiculous my day was. Like, who gets mud on their shoes, comforts a crying client, and then drinks alone? Me, apparently.
