Then, I bump into this lovely old lady named Maureen. She’s got this thick accent, and she’s like, “You look like you need a cuppa!” I’m like, “Yes, please!” So, we head to this cute little café on O’Neill Street. I’m sipping my tea, and Maureen’s telling me stories about Youghal’s past. Did you know it was a big deal in the 16th century? Pirates, shipbuilding, the whole shebang! I’m all ears, loving it.
