Then, outta nowhere, my phone buzzes. It’s my buddy, Rudi, asking if I wanna grab lunch at Warung Makan Sederhana. I’m like, “Dude, I’m swamped!” But then I thought, why not? I need a break. So I dashed out, and let me tell you, that place is a gem! The nasi goreng there? To die for! I inhaled that food like I hadn’t eaten in days. Rudi was cracking jokes about my “serious” job, and I couldn’t help but laugh. It felt good to unwind, even if just for a bit.
