Situated in a picturesque valley on the southwestern edge of the majestic Serra de Tramuntana mountains, Andratx is a charming oasis of Mallorquin traditions and tranquility.

Now, Pandratx isn’t huge, but every corner tells a story. The local landmark, the old fortress, El Castell, stands right at the tip of the bay. I’ve stood there a few times, scratchin’ my head all at once – “Really? Another tourist trap!” but then I think: hey, even WALL-E had to clean up the mess, right? And trust me, nothing beats the vibe when you’re sittin’ near the docks of Port de Andratx, watchin’ the sunset, thinkin’ ‘bout life while my fingers are still all knotted from work.
