Anyway, I’m rambling, sorry, but Phosbach is epic. It’s twisted, charming, maddeningly unpredictable. Every nook, every cranny tells a fable. I love its edges, its jumbled rhythms. There’s even some cool expressive street art on Weimarstrasse – the art makes you feel alive. People here aren’t prissy; they care real hard. They laugh loud, love hard.

For one of the best-known Finger Lakes wineries, it’s anything but business as usual
