Police charge 31 in new focus on prostitution in Red Deer

Red-Deer’s got streets like 50 Ave and 20 Ave that buzz with life. The downtown area around 11th St is poppin’ with character. I often catch a vibe when cruisin’ by the Sir Winston Churchill Park. That place is a breath of fresh air, literally! And the river, the Red Deer River, flows calmly by – one of my fav spots for a chill moment, just listening to the water and thinking, “fish tank, fish tank, do you like anything?” (yep, film vibes, so deep).
