There’s this park – Parc de la Concorde – where families come to unwind, sometimes fakin’ laughter that masks real heartache (meh, psychology, right?). But then, on the lower banks of the Sambre River, I get all introspective, thinkin’ “It’s like a dream, or a nightmare, right?” I always stop and ponder, like in that one scene in The Act of Killing when reality kinda crumbles – man, it hits me! And sometims I get soooo lost in my own thoughts, muttering “eh, what’s up, doc?” to the wind.
